1. Hello Guilt! Thank you and bye-bye!

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to The Loving Energy Newsletter Rabbit Issue #10! Ops! The Ten Commandments appeared in my head by association!

Since learning the Ten Commandments at Primary School, which is for 6 to 11 years old children, I had worried that I would murder someone someday. Murder must be very common amongst people, even children. Why else would they tell children at school ‘Thou shalt not murder’?

I wasn’t worried about all of the commandments. Some because I didn’t relate to them. For example, I didn’t know what adultery meant. Although, I did worry that I would do something bad without knowing it was bad, and turned out it was the words which I didn’t know. Some, I knew for certain I wouldn’t do, like, I couldn’t imagine myself crafting idols. My father was a carpenter and my mother said it was hard work. Stealing was another one of my worries, I feared that items would drop into my bag and I would be caught. I always made sure that I held my bag close to me and I was cautious to not make ambiguous movements that made me look like a shoplifter. Yes, I started having paranoia at a young age because of the Bible.

The Ten Commandments finally makes sense for me when recently, I watched the Vikings drama series. It seemed that the Norse Gods encourage bravery which some might have mistaken as committing violent acts. And so, the Vikings murdered and stole like it was their life purpose. Ah-ha! No wonder the Ten Commandments said no murder and no worshipping other Gods.

I don’t think we have evolved into a much more peaceful and kinder people because of the Bible rules though. I mean, not all Christians do only good deeds and many who continue to worship the Norse Gods or other Gods never murder nor steal. I think this evolution is brought on by a human trait called empathy, the capacity of putting ourselves in another person’s situation, to be able to understand and share another person’s feelings.

We also have a wonderful emotion called ‘Guilt’. Yes, wonderful, because we produce this emotion to tell ourselves to go inward when our actions seemed to have caused pain or disruption to someone or something. When used appropriately, it can look like this:

‘Hello Guilt! You come to tell me to pause, look inward and consider my action. Well, yes, I was mean to my friend because I was frustrated and tired about work. Totally unfair to my friend! I’m going to apologize to my friend now. Guilt, I thank you and I let you go now. Bye-bye!’

Or,

‘Hello Guilt! Yes, I know the drill. Hm, let me think… I said “no” to my friend who asked me to babysit so she could have a date-night. You see, I’m so tired that I would not be a patient nanny to her children! I better stay home and rest. I have another big day at work tomorrow. Yes, that’s it. I made the right decision by my health. She was upset with me on the phone but there’s nothing I could do without compromising my well-being. So, Guilt, thank you and bye-bye!’

Unfortunately, we were not taught how to utilize this wonderful emotion at schools and so many of us keep the guilt. Instead of going inward and reflect with reasons, we stab ourselves repeatedly with a dagger, blaming ourselves for whatever happened. When it hurts too much, some of us might start blaming the other person or people. And then we have more guilt from blaming others and so we blame ourselves even more. And it hurts so much that it’s better to blame others. Back and forth, back and forth, like a metronome going ‘DAK DAK DAK DAK DAK DAK DAK’.

Now that you know, I say, welcome Guilt when it comes because it presents us with an opportunity for growth. Hello it, pause and think what happened with logic. Perhaps, even imagine that it is your friend who feels guilty about the same situation and think about what you would tell your friend so that they would stop stabbing themselves with daggers. Then, say ‘thank you’ to Guilt, and bye-bye it.

May your journey be filled with wondrous growth, always!

Love,

Stephanie 石 The Loving Energy

*Bye-bye is commonly used in Hong Kong for saying goodbye. We borrowed it from English. It’s such a popular word that we even call triceps 拜拜肉 which means ‘bye-bye meat’. You know, the part of your arm that flaps as you put your arm up and wave ‘bye-bye’.

In the video below, “What is Love? Day 7: Heart”, I talk about how to receive messages from our emotions. I have shared this video here several times now because it is very helpful to learn why we produced these emotions to help ourselves. When these emotions have done their jobs, we can let them go. And then our heart can shine with pure love with added ease!

2.1. Quantum Pain Relief Guinea Pigs Wanted

Did you know that uncomfortable emotions such as guilt, when stored up in our body, can create blockages which sometimes result in pain?

Quantum Pain Relief is a short process which uses energy and emotions to resolve what’s underlying the pain. We assist clients to resolve up to 80% of the pain in a single session, which usually runs 1 to 1.5 hours.

I’ve completed 13 practice sessions so far. I copied a few of the reviews I received on my Quantum Healers page below.

If you are experiencing any pain and would like to be one of the adorable guinea pigs for my practice, please email me at stephanie@thelovingenergy.com. Please put ‘Quantum Pain Relief’ on the subject line for easy reference. Please also let me know your time zone, day and time of the week which would usually work for you. If you know someone who is experiencing pain and wants some relief, please let them know my search for guinea pigs.

I don’t have a page on Quantum Pain Relief on my website yet. Please visit the founder Malka Ahern’s Quantum Pain Relief page to read more about it.

Testimonials for Stephanie (That’s me!) on Quantum Pain Relief:

Stephanie is very connected with the Spirit Realm and did a substantial amount of healing on my hips and lower back. I was in a great deal of pain, almost to where I could no longer walk sometimes. We released a lot of trauma and grief I was holding in my hips and lower back, and there’s still more to do. We ended up stirring up memories I didn’t know I had…and we released the spirit of my great grandmother to move on into the light. It was really beautiful. Thank you, Stephanie <3

– Julie T.

Stephanie has a great ability to tune into your energy which allows her to help you uproot the deep seeded emotions causing any pain you may be experiencing. Throughout the session she guided me through releasing those emotions and with clarity and grace, allowed me to free myself from them and the pain I was experiencing.

– Evan Brown

As a practitioner that works in the quantum field, I don’t normally seek out assistance from other practitioners. But when the opportunity to receive a session from Stephanie was presented I was seeking clarity on some deeply rooted emotions that were lingering in my field causing some chronic pain. So, Stephanie’s approach is gentle yet powerful. Her ability to drill down in the root of the emotion and bring clarity to it has helped a great deal with the chronic pain I was experiencing. I would highly recommend a session from Stephanie if you would like to work through the emotions that are connected to your pain or discomfort.

3. 五十步笑百步 Five Ten Step Laugh Hundred Step

The Thought of the Moon Cycle is 五十步笑百步 Five Ten Step Laugh Hundred Step.

Five Ten means fifty. I use ‘step’ in singular because the Chinese language doesn’t have plural form. This idiom says the ones who ran fifty steps laughed at those who ran a hundred steps.

Long long time ago, when China was separated into three countries, one of these emperors expressed his puzzlement to Mengzi, which means Master Meng AKA Mencius who was a great Chinese philosopher, over why when his policies showed so much more kindness to his people comparing to the other countries, there had not been an influx of citizens.

Before Mengzi told the emperor what else he could do, he told him a story:

When gong and drum sound signified that the battle had begun, some soldiers got frightened and started running away from the frontline. Some of them stopped after running a hundred steps and the others stopped after fifty steps. The later laughed at the soldiers who ran farther, ‘What cowards! Look how far you have run away!’

The emperor understood that all the soldiers were cowards, even for the ones who didn’t run as far away. Mengzi then pointed out that even though the emperor’s policies were kinder in comparison, they were not kind in the citizens’ eyes.

The idiom 五十步笑百步 Five Ten Step Laugh Hundred Step is used to describe a person who criticizes someone else’s mistake, while making the same mistake themselves, although in a less severe way. The irony is that this person only sees another’s mistakes but not their own.

This idiom came to mind many times when I was watching the Vikings drama series. The Christians considered the Vikings barbaric and their Gods false. But the Christians also committed murders, for example, the Brice’s Day massacre. They might be evolving to a kinder people but so much focus on pointing others’ errors sometimes can turn us into the monsters ourselves.

During this Moon Cycle, observe if you are in anyway 五十步笑百步 Five Ten Step Laugh Hundred Step. If yes, can you focus on what to do now to make positive changes instead of focusing on the mistakes of the others?

4. Sekhem Pyramid Transmission – Edition Ego

A fellow Sekhem practitioner told me that when she expressed her wish to become a healer to her teacher, the teacher told her that her wish was from ego.

I was puzzled by this. Why when a student said she wanted to become a healer, she wasn’t encouraged by her teacher? Having this wish basically means she wants to dedicate her life to help others, isn’t it?

Since learning Greek, I’m often confused what people mean when they use the word ego. In Greek, ego is εγώ which means ‘I’. Obviously it’s ‘I’ who wants to be a healer. That’s why I said what I said. I’m not speaking for Tom, Dick or Harry, am I? Are people who want to be doctors, firefighters or soup kitchen volunteers told that their wishes were from ego, too? Once upon a time, I wanted to be a flight attendant. It was definitely from my ego! Or maybe it wasn’t because it is not a profession which is most respected?

I hear people say or write such bad things about the ego. We were all born evil, then? What if, like the Ten Commandments, the original teaching of the ego was written long time ago when people used to murder and steal openly? Like I used to be paranoid about committing murder or theft by accident, perhaps there’s a paranoia bug around regarding ego?

When I got tired of hearing what others were saying, I did an experiment to get in touch with my ego and had such amazing experience. In the video ‘What is Love? Day 22: Harmony’, I talked about my findings, how to get in touch with your ego and my personal experience with my ego.

Sekhem Pyramid Transmission started when an idea came to me to share Sekhem in a simple way. It is not how I normally facilitate a Sekhem treatment. What I do with Sekhem Pyramid Transmission is that I channel a certain amount of Sekhem energy for you. I also create a pyramid for you as sacred place, to be placed around you when you are receiving the transmission. My Divine Spirit Team fills the pyramid with elements and colours according to the moon cycle’s collective energy need.

You can receive this transmission at your convenience during this moon cycle. Here’s what you need to do in order to receive this transmission:

1. Get comfortable by either sitting with your back supported or lying down on your back for relaxation and circulation.

2. Give intention to the effect of ‘I would like to receive the Rabbit Issue #10 Sekhem Pyramid Transmission now, to my highest good and will.’

3. Relax for about half and hour.

That’s it!

This time, my Divine Spirit Team filled the Pyramid with vibration of ash, purple iris the flower and cotton flower. Look up the properties of these items if you feel drawn to.

You may or may not feel anything. It’s fine! Having sensation is not a requirement. The only requirement is that you are willing to receive. Please remember to say ‘to my highest good and will’ so you know you are in control.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me here. I certainly would love to hear about your experience!

And if your friends would like to receive a monthly Sekhem Pyramid Transmission to accentuate their transformational process, please pass on this link for them to sign up for my newsletter: https://page.co/pwremu

5. Rejections and disappointments drive me towards enlightenment

The You Are Amazing Affirmation for this moon cycle is ‘Rejections and disappointments drive me towards enlightenment.

I was rejected or discouraged by my teachers, too, and during many episodes of life. Looking back, all the rejections and disappointments I had either protected me from making unnecessary detours, or opened up a wider world for me. For example, if I had received as many clients as I had hoped for when I first started my healing job, I might not have learnt so much more from different teachers in different fields. If I had been able to make new friends as soon as I started living in Greece, I probably wouldn’t have connected with so many of my healing colleagues around the world via online platforms. And if I was taught to love myself since birth, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to experimenting with myself on the subject of what is or what isn’t love.

Can you see how the rejections and disappointments you had have helped you become this wonderful current version of you? If you are dealing with rejections or disappointments right now, let’s use this opportunity to open up your world and go towards an even more evolved version of you!

During this moon cycle, say ‘Rejections and disappointments drive me towards enlightenment’ daily and often, and observe how your world becomes sweeter and brighter!

We have reached the end of the Rabbit Issue #10! The next issue will arrive at your mailbox on the 13th of November (Monday) which is the First Day of the tenth Month in the Chinese Calendar. Yes, the next New Moon day.
