The Loving Energy Newsletter Rabbit Issue #2

1. Hello and blah blah blah

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to The Loving Energy Newsletter Rabbit Issue #2. Hope you are doing more than well and that the only issues in your life are The Loving Energy Newsletter Rabbit Issues!

The clear issue here is that I do not have a rabbit. What I have is a dog. Yes, the one in the picture above. He is Deka, my little helper. Obviously, the pens and notepad in front of him were there just for show but he does help me in so many ways, like making me go outdoor even when there is a storm. I will tell you an example of how he inspires me when we get to Item #5.

‘Deka is such an unusual name,’ I hear you say. But you are thinking, nothing unusual there – he is a dashing dog that requires a dashing name. When Greek people ask me for Deka’s name though, it can get a bit confusing.

‘Πώς τον λένε;’ What is he called?

‘Δέκα.’ Ten.

‘Ντέκα?’ Deka?

‘Δέκα. Ο αριθμός. Δέκα.’ Ten. The number. Ten.

We didn’t plan to have a dog. We were happy with interacting with the outside dogs AKA stray dogs that live in our neighbourhood.  One of the outside dogs gave birth to three puppies. Two were taken away. While searching for a home for the remaining puppy, PhotoMan (my husband) took him home because the little thing started venturing onto the road.

The little puppy chewed everything, wee-ed and poo-ed everywhere. We removed everything from the floor at lightning speed and items were strewn on top of furniture, as if a storm had struck our home.

‘He’s like typhoon number ten.’ I said to PhotoMan. In Hong Kong, Typhoon signal number ten is the most severe weather warning.

I thought, ‘We can call him Typhoon! Hm… no, not really. It’s not a nice name. What about Ten?’ In Chinese culture, the number ten means whole, perfect and complete as well as having abundance, and is therefore an auspicious name.

‘Let’s call him Δέκα.’ Δέκα means ten in Greek. Delta, the triangle alphabet, does not equal ‘D’ in English. The sound is same as the ‘th’ in ‘this’.

PhotoMan agreed that Δέκα was a fine name. ‘Let’s spell it in English with a “D”.’

I looked up name meaning for Deka, in case this name exists somewhere. And it does. It is of African origin and it means ‘the pleasing one’ or ‘an angel from heaven’. Yes, that’s our Deka.

May you be Ten, always!

Love,

Stephanie 石 The Loving Energy

2. Would you spread the words for me, please?

These are the words I would like you to spread: Stephanie is offering the complete TDR process Free of charge! Get in there early!

Here’s an honest truth: since launching TDR – The Divine Reveal: A Quantum Health Process – last month, zero persons signed up for the Introductory Session despite the hefty discount.

After removing the ‘I am not good enough’ and ‘life is unfair to me’ filters, I re-read the testimonials from my case-studies clients and thought, ‘No way! TDR is amazing and I am more than adequate!’

My deduction is that TDR is a young and fresh modality. In fact, I’m the first and only one so far who have received a certification of competency. My classmates are still going through the marathon case studies. Yes, Malka Ahern the Founder of TDR works us hard.

People tend to compare something new with what they already know, and I received queries comparing TDR with long-established modalities such as Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. If you think TDR is just another spin-off, of course you would choose Dolores Cannon. I would too.

Let me assure you, TDR is a unique modality that comprises a series of sessions and is not at all like QHHT. I know it well because I am also a facilitator of QHHT and if TDR is just a spin-off, I would not have spent two years studying it. In the TDR process, only one of nine sessions involves hypnosis like in a QHHT session. Even so, the similarity stops there – a QHHT session can lead to any sort of experience whereas during the TDR hypnosis session, we aim to guide you to what I like to consider as the Space of Infinite Whole*.

I have been thinking: I have this beautiful gift to share in form of TDR and now it is laying dormant. I do not want my new certified skills to slowly wilt away. I would like my skills to grow through witnessing happy clients reconnecting with their true magnificence. I would like to collect more case studies for both myself and my TDR team.

That is why I am offering the complete TDR process Free of charge as of today. You and all other subscribers are the first to know.

This offer is for everybody. Would you spread the words for me, please?

I do not know how long this offer will be for. It could be when I get a dream that says ‘stop’. It could be when I have enough. It could be due to how much time has passed or how many clients I have succeeded guiding to the Space of Infinite Whole*. What I know is that I cannot go lower than charging Zero. So get in there early by taking some of the following actions:

  • Read a full description of what TDR entails on my TDR page here.
  • Schedule a TDR Introductory Sessions here to hear about TDR in detail and ask all your questions. If none of the date/time works for you, let me know what does by replying to this email.
  • Invite a friend to go through the TDR process together as a new way of hanging out!

I look forward to seeing how much we can achieve together!

*Infinite Whole is the main impression of my own TDR sessions. Some other descriptions I heard from others who have gone through the TDR process are Infinite Love, Grace, Euphoria, Home, Quantum Playground, Explosion of Lights, Oneness, Source Love. I wonder what is yours?

3. Thought of the Moon Cycle

How was the last Thought of the Moon Cycle ‘Choice and not Chance Determines Your Destiny’ showed up for you?

The big thing for me was the realization that I had regrets on some of my past choices and these regrets grew into resentment, guilt and other yucky emotions that make me unable to embrace my unique life. Enough of that already! Time to embrace all my past choices and make some more!

Post realization, I happened to have a chat with a teenage girl who told me she knew she wanted to study psychology in university but she worried, ‘What if I’m making a wrong choice?’

‘Don’t worry! Your life doesn’t stop after uni. It will only be a beginning!’ She looked so surprised at my remark.

I used to think what a waste of three years of my life at university when I suddenly wanted to be a flight attendant after receiving my degree in English Literature. Many years later when I started crafting my blog, I was surprised how important those three years turned out to be, all those studies of some of the most famous literary works and all those essays submitted right on the deadline.

One day whilst looking at the variety of categories of my blog and whether they were acceptable for my website which really is about healing stuff and not Greek culture or other people’s stories, my eyes fell on a bright yellow book which title read:

Making It Up As I Go Along

I remember buying this book at the London airport when we were departing for Athens, our new home. We had no idea that we would start our new life in a ‘very dangerous area’ in Athens. We didn’t know that we would become workers of Mykonos and travel back and forth to Greece’s most popular ski resort area. We had no idea that we would be married again and be featured in a Hong Kong documentary series. We definitely didn’t expect to have Deka, our little angel, delivered to us at our doorstep here in Crete.

These are only the physical stuff I remember. There are the intangible – how to be a good person, how to love, how to be kind… I had thought I knew. Only to find that I had been a parrot, a copy cat and a monkey who does what it sees. So I continue to make it up as I go along.

It is comforting to stay inside a mould, totally enclosed and without any uncertainty. However, I would rather be uncomfortable and be surprised by what is coming. We are always making it up as we go along anyway, aren’t we?

For this coming Moon Cycle, let’s notice how the thought of ‘Making It Up As I Go Along’ shows up for you. Are you making it up consciously or unconsciously? Do you choose to be original or you simply have no choice? What are you making up currently?

4. Sekhem Pyramid Transmission

Recently, I was asked if Reiki III was a prerequisite for learning Sekhem Level One. This question tickled me – it reminded me how when I went to my Teacher Lina Ramchand for my own Sekhem Level One, I didn’t know what chakras were. I knew nothing about Reiki or how I had the courage to go to Lina when I was so certain that I wouldn’t be able to learn anything new.

It was only a two full day workshop but Lina let me take it slow and we did four half-days. I still remember the day when Lina initiated me to Sekhem. I expressed my concern when Lina told me that I was to sit still on a chair for about half an hour during the initiation. I was not good at sitting (not a joke) and I worried that my legs would get jumpy and ruin everything.

Almost as soon as Lina started, I drifted off to a dreamy state. I didn’t fall asleep: I felt I was deeper than when I was asleep. And my body somehow became so still and quiet, like there was no weight and without any tension. Somehow, I felt Jesus was holding me.

I was giggling so hard after the initiation. I had energy coming out of my hands! How could that happen? It was the weirdest thing and I felt gloriously joyous.

Seven years later, I still feel so much joy when I have Sekhem running through me.

So the answer is ‘no’. There’s no prerequisite for learning Sekhem. You also don’t need to want to use Sekhem professionally. You can learn it for learning something new, for using it on yourself, to bless your food, even for your plants or pet and your home, or just to have energy coming out of your hands. It’s so fun!

Visit my page to learn more about Sekhem Courses

Sekhem Pyramid Transmission started when an idea came to me to share Sekhem in a simple way. It is not how I normally facilitate a Sekhem treatment. What I do with Sekhem Pyramid Transmission is that I channel a certain amount of Sekhem energy for you. I also create a pyramid for you as sacred place, to be placed around you when you are receiving the transmission. My Divine Spirit Team fill the pyramid with element and colour according to the month’s collective energy need.

You can receive this transmission at your convenience during this moon cycle. Here’s what you need to do in order to receive this transmission:

1. Get comfortable by either sitting with your back supported or lying down on your back for relaxation and circulation.

2. Give intention to the effect of ‘I would like to receive the Rabbit Issue #2 Sekhem Pyramid Transmission now, to my highest good and will.’

3. Relax for about half and hour.

That’s it!

This time, my Divine Spirit Team filled the Pyramid with Vibration of the Void and Silvery Grey Colour. You may look up the properties of these items if you feel drawn to.

You may or may not feel anything. It’s fine! Having sensation is not a requirement. The only requirement is that you are willing to receive. Please remember to say ‘to my highest good and will’ so you know you are in control.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me here. I certainly would love to hear your feedback!

5. You Are Amazing Affirmation

This Rabbit Issue’s You Are Amazing Affirmation is ‘I am NOT Santa Claus!’

I am not referring to the fictional character’s career choice or his stalky style or how he travels with baggage, but his judgy way. You know, presents only for nice children and you better watch out, not cry, and not pout when he’s coming to town. Do crying and pouting take away our amazingness?

I have no doubt that the Amazing You strive to be non-judgy. This affirmation is to remind you especially to not be judgy towards yourself. I observed that people who commit to being non-judgy often judge themselves SO MUCH! And that judgyness becomes so big all because they are judging themselves so harshly.

A reminder: being non-judgy doesn’t mean that we take away our discernment. It is fine to have preference and make choices. It is also definitely essential to say ‘no’ sometimes.

Do you have trouble saying ‘no’? Here’s an article on Saying No for you. You will see my former flight-attendant-self there.

Deka examines every smell on his path with equal fascination. He investigates without discrimination. He socializes with both humans and dogs but he always put himself first, ignoring others, when it comes to his precious playtime (he’s obsessed with tennis balls) and he expresses a very firm ‘no’ by growling and barking whenever he felt uncomfortable with someone or something (like balloons). He is never judgy – he takes necessary action and he moves on.

When you find yourself judging yourself, say ‘I am NOT Santa Claus!’ and move on. Yes, it’s a ridiculous non-affirmation. I found that ridiculousness helps me when I’m being ridiculous, like when I’m being harsh on myself. You can make up your own phrase to help you – I’m definitely not confining you into a mould!

There are so many ways of saying ‘no’. In this 5-minute video, Eckhart Tolle talks about a ‘high-quality no’.

We’ve reached the end of the Rabbit Issue #2! The next issue will arrive at your mailbox on the 22nd of March (Wednesday) which is the First Day of the Third Month in the Chinese Calendar. Yes, the next New Moon day.
