1. Hello 風騷 ‘Fung So’!

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to The Loving Energy Newsletter Rabbit Issue #5!

Earlier this year, I was talking with my mum about my learning to be independent on my little island. She said, ‘It is easy to be independent. As soon as you left home, you are independent. You don’t want to stop at being independent. You want to be 風騷 (pronunciation: Fung So). Being able to do whatever you want, however you want, whenever you want. Eat what you want. Buy what you want.’

You might be guessing that 風騷 ‘Fung So’ means abundant. Bashar defines abundance as ‘the ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it.’ Online dictionary says abundance means ‘plentifulness of the good things in life.’ Fung So encompasses a lot more than just having materials. It also implies playfulness, freedom and being yourself without caring what other people think.

風騷 Fung So is a fun phrase to use. It sounds slangy and is often used as a slang but it was used in ancient scholarly scripts. Originally, there were two distinctive meanings. One is ‘being flirtatious in a sexual way’, which often carries negative sense, and the other is ‘being highly accomplished in such an unique way that nobody is ever going to be a match’.

So, what exactly does Fung So mean? In the current time, it is probably a combination of the two original meanings. Being flirtatious with life from feeling accomplished, being yourself, embracing your uniqueness and enjoying all that you desire. Imagine dancing on the mountain top, enjoying the breath-taking view and the air on your vibrant body. It’s playful, it’s exhilarating. Feeling on top of the world. It’s what my mum wishes for me.

And so, in my recent trip to the beautiful Chania, the other side of the island (I live in Heraklion), for a Family Constellation Group Session with Dana Iliescu, I treated myself with a beautiful room featuring a jacuzzi.

May you be 風騷 Fung So, always.

Love,

Stephanie 石 The Loving Energy

2. Every little thing counts at TDR – The Divine Reveal

The Divine Reveal (TDR) is a quantum health process that typically runs for 5 to 8 weeks (approx. 12-14 hours appointment time). Malka Ahern was inspired by Anita Moorjani’s Near Death Experience (NDE) as detailed in her book ‘Dying To Be Me’ to create this unique modality for bringing phenomenal transformation to committed individuals. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom.

I’m offering the complete TDR process free of charge for another moon cycle. If you want to receive this free offer, attend a TDR Introductory Session on or before the 17th of June, 2023. Do drop me an email if you cannot find a suitable time in my online schedule planner.

A TDR client commented how the little things I shared with her had helped her so much. Little things like 2 to 3 minutes meditations that anyone can do and even the busiest person can find a few minutes to help themselves in the simplest and most rewarding way.

When you read about what the TDR process entails on my TDR page, you will see the mention of homework and exercises in one of the testimonials. Yes, that’s right – when you engage in the TDR process, you will be given homework. Rest assured, all the homework exercises are simple and short like few seconds to mere minutes and you have a variety to pick and choose from according to your preference.

Sometimes, according to the clients’ feedback, I help tailor the exercise to better suit the clients. I also give additional homework suggestion, tools that I gathered from my own journey, according to the clients’ needs. The above client made that comment when I shared another tool after she expressed a need. I told her I loved little things and it’s the little things that matter because we can have so many of these little things here and there.

On hindsight, I learnt this little-things-trick not from TDR but from my mum. She’s a great one for gathering little tools and for sharing them. I’m pleased that I inherited her observational skills, curiosity, knowledge-gathering skill and her joy for sharing.

By now, you maybe wondering if my mum is some sort of guru. No, she isn’t. She is a mentalist and a spy and you will read all about her professional life in my post titled ‘Perfect Attendance’ here‘.

3. Sword Tip No Show

The Thought of this Moon Cycle is 鋒芒不露 ‘Sword Tip No Show’.

Previously, I titled the first item of The Loving Energy Newsletter ‘Hello and Blah blah blah’ because the blah blah blah made me laugh. Since then, 3 people told me that although they knew it was written as a joke, they didn’t like the belittling effect it has on the content.

Took me a while to recognize my habit of brushing myself off. I learnt this strategic tool from my mum who probably learnt it from the Great Chinese Culture. She used to make public announcement that I was fat, lazy, useless and dumb so that no one else would say those things about me. Her strategy worked and people usually defended me while she hammered in the nails some more.

I found out this was her strategy after an encounter with a neighbour whose daughter went to the same primary school as me. My mum asked the neighbour about her daughter and the neighbour glowed with pride while telling us how well her daughter was doing at school. My mum congratulated the neighbour and told her how lazy and useless I was. The neighbour jumped to my defense as expected while my mum secured the nails.

‘Why did you lie?’ I asked my mum when we were walking away from the neighbour.

‘What lie?’

‘You know my grades are a lot better than her daughter’s grades. Why didn’t you tell her? Why did you lie about me?’

‘鋒芒不露! “Sword Tip No Show”! You don’t talk about how good you are or people will laugh at you. When I said bad things about you, the neighbour said nice things about you.’

But her protective way was the cause of all those thorns that gashed me and all those thorns that I wore. Somehow, I didn’t learn to defend me like what so many had done for me. I continued the tradition of gashing myself unconsciously.

My mum got it wrong. The Chinese idiom 鋒芒不露 ‘Sword Tip No Show’ doesn’t say about belittling yourself. Basically, you are who you are and what you are. There is neither a need to belittle yourself nor to glorify yourself. Just like we know the tip of a sword is sharp despite it being inside the sheath. We don’t need to show it. We use it when the occasion calls for it.

During this Moon Cycle, observe if and how you belittle or glorify yourself, or when you feel the need to. In either case, tell yourself you are amazing just the way you are and observe your need to belittle or glorify yourself melt away.

Our mothers are also humans and may not always be loving or say nice things to us. Some people never get to meet their mothers and some people’s mothers have long passed away. In any case, our mother’s love is available to us for the duration of our lives. Want to connect and receive your mother’s love which exists just for you? Click the below video and follow the simple exercise!

3. Sekhem Pyramid Transmission

Another trait I learnt from my mum is creating new with what is available. Back in my school days, she had used cheese and seaweed snack to make fried rice even though cheese and seaweed snack are not ‘proper’ ingredients for fried rice. She also used scramble eggs as filling for homemade dumplings when she felt like making dumplings and had no other options at home.

Whenever she presents her creations, whether it’s food or DIY, she would laugh and say, ‘Why not? These are what I have!’

Sekhem Pyramid Transmission is my own creation. So is Land and Property Healing with Sekhem. I started experimenting with Property Healing after a chance encounter with a house-healer. With my Divine Spirit Team’s guidance and my ‘Why not?’ trait, I finally employed Sekhem, which is what I have, as the primary tool for Land and Property Healing.

And yes, it’s Land and Property Healing and not just Property Healing. Curious about what it means and why? Head over to my Land and Property Healing with Sekhem page to find out!

Sekhem Pyramid Transmission started when an idea came to me to share Sekhem in a simple way. It is not how I normally facilitate a Sekhem treatment. What I do with Sekhem Pyramid Transmission is that I channel a certain amount of Sekhem energy for you. I also create a pyramid for you as sacred place, to be placed around you when you are receiving the transmission. My Divine Spirit Team fill the pyramid with elements and colours according to the moon cycle’s collective energy need.

You can receive this transmission at your convenience during this moon cycle. Here’s what you need to do in order to receive this transmission:

1. Get comfortable by either sitting with your back supported or lying down on your back for relaxation and circulation.

2. Give intention to the effect of ‘I would like to receive the Rabbit Issue #5 Sekhem Pyramid Transmission now, to my highest good and will.’

3. Relax for about half and hour.

That’s it!

This time, my Divine Spirit Team filled the Pyramid with vibration of love, ‘Fung So’ and blue calcite. Look up the properties of these items if you feel drawn to.

You may or may not feel anything. It’s fine! Having sensation is not a requirement. The only requirement is that you are willing to receive. Please remember to say ‘to my highest good and will’ so you know you are in control.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me here. I certainly would love to hear your feedback!

5. All that I have are perfect for me.

This moon cycle’s You Are Amazing Affirmation is ‘All that I have are perfect for me.’

Whenever I’m in the beautiful Chania, the other side of the island, I would spend some quality time with my friend Elena who resides there. We usually start with a walk because Elena loves walking. She also loves breathing and she offers walking/breathwork tour in the least explored area in Chania. Her name on her walking/breathwork tour page is Olena because, why not?

‘Where are all the leather shops?’ I asked Elena soon after we entered the busy part of town. Before leaving Heraklion, my side of the island, PhotoMan my husband suggested that I looked for a wallet in the Leather Market because he knew I wanted a new wallet. Mine was a bit too small and not that practical.

‘Right here.’ Elena informed me. We happened to be passing through the street of leather shops. Synchronicity, hello!

I started browsing. Elena asked me what kind of wallet I was looking for.

‘Something practical and when I see it, I would say, “it’s so cute!”.’

The wallets all looked too boxy and bulky to me. Even the ones with vibrant colours had a false cheerfulness about them. I started looking at passport cover/wallet, coin pouches and key cases for inspiration when I remembered something.

‘Aren’t we supposed to stop using leather goods? And become raw vegans?’

Elena smiled and didn’t comment.

When we paused and waited for her little boy to finish showing me handbags that he chose for me, Elena rummaged in her bag and took out something black and flat and leathery.

‘That your wallet?’ I asked Elena.

It had two rolls of card slots on one side of this soft rectangular leather case. There was a zipper on one long end and contained notes inside. Elena took out a small leather pouch to show me where she kept her coins. It was an option I never knew existed before.

This reminded me something that I learnt from TDR, which is that the best option is often an option that is beyond what we could imagine. I told Elena I would wait for the best option to present itself to me and we started searching for a café instead.

Elena asked me what my wallet was like. I showed her my mum’s non-gift. When I was in Hong Kong last, I went ‘It’s so cute! What is it?’ when I saw this cute little dark blue thing amongst a pile of trinkets. My mum was decluttering and she was throwing out some of the souvenirs she collected over the years.

It was the smallest and slimmest bifold wallet. There was a little pocket for coins. The note compartment was just large enough for Euro notes. That was it. There was no credit card slots. The leather was soft and was embossed with some pretty flowery pattern. There is a white leather dotted border.

‘I bought it from Morocco. It is very cute but I have no use for it. Keep it if you want.’ Said my mum.

And I did.

As I was telling Elena about my cute little wallet, I teared up! I realized how much I loved it and how much I missed my mum. It might not be the most practical, but it’s perfect for me because it’s so cute and it’s a non-gift from my mum.

During this Moon Cycle, say ‘All that I have are perfect for me’ daily and often, and notice if there are things that you thought you needed to replace are actually perfect for you. These things could be material, relationships, and even your body parts, personalities, traits or quirks.

The below image showed Elena and I without our heads. The old lady who took the photo for us exclaimed ‘very nice’ several times when she was taking it and she was very happy with the photo. We were very happy with the photo too because we laughed our heads off. The photo is perfect for us!
