1. Hello Ressurection!
Hello Everyone!
Welcome to The Loving Energy Newsletter Snake Issue #4 which is all about Resurrection!
I could have said Easter but now that I live in Greece, I would like to take up one of the Greek traits – being dramatic. Yes, they did create drama, didn’t they? Or their God Dionysus did. When I attended my Greek friend and colleague’s hypnosis event and towards the end, she used the word Resurrection instead of rebirth or renewed or any other ‘re-‘ words that are commonly used, I thought she was so clever to have thought of that. My friend is clever but I realized that particular word choice was a cultural thing when my Greek language teacher helped me with the translation of a guided meditation script. The English version says ‘My hope was restored’ and so did the A.I. app which did the first translation draft. My teacher, however, changed it to ‘My hope was resurrected’.
‘Is it a bit too much? Too dramatic?’ I asked.
‘That’s what people would say. It would be strange if you don’t’ My teacher replied.
So, Resurrection it is!
Easter is Big Deal in Greece. It is the most celebrated day here, much more so than Christmas. I wonder if it’s because Jesus didn’t really do anything for his birth whereas he had to practise really hard in order to ascend with his physical body. Yes, practice, not suffer.
This year we spent Easter at our village Ano Asites. Friday night we went to the Church which is two minutes’ walk from our house for the Ἐπιτάφιος Epitaphios procession. The Epitaphios is an ornate icon depicting the dead body of Christ laying on the tomb. After the church service, the canopied platform bearing the Epitaphios is being carried to the street.
I spent an Orthodox Easter with PhotoMan and his family in Melbourne once and we followed the Epitaphios procession around the blocks until we returned to the church. We expected to do the same in our Greek village and PhotoMan thought it was strange that just as we were leaving the church, a neighbour said he was going home and told us to do the same. PhotoMan said no, we would not go home but to follow the Epitaphios.
Soon, we understood what was happening. The priest led the Epitaphios procession around the village and stopped in front of every house where the residents were burning incense and silently showing their devotion to the Christ. By the time we realized, the Epitaphios had already passed our house. Well, next year.
We followed the procession for a little longer but not the whole way. A villager told us that usually it took two hours till the procession returned to the church.
On Saturday night we went to the church again for the holy fire where the priest passes on the holy fire from Jerusalem to all the parishioners. We felt a bit lost there because again, the custom is slightly different from what we learnt in Melbourne.
In Melbourne, the priest announced ‘Χριστὸς ανέστη! Christ is risen!’ at midnight and he passed the holy fire with candles to people around him and these people promptly passed on the flame to their neighbours and the holy fire continued to spread to everyone while saying ‘Χριστὸς ανέστη’ and the next person would reply ‘Αληθώς ανέστη! Truly he is risen!’ They also sang the short hymn Χριστὸς ανέστη repeatedly and they sang even louder when everyone was holding their candle with the holy fire. The level of joy was phenomenal.
In our village church, the priest passed on the holy fire before the midnight and when he announced Χριστὸς ανέστη!, people didn’t seem that excited. The hymn was sang only once. Outside the church, there were fireworks and firecracker and a huge bonfire, so huge that the flame almost reached the wires across the telegraph poles. Normally I love fireworks but I didn’t that night. I wished we could have continue singing and generate fireworks of joy like how it was in Melbourne. I wondered whether the bonfire was a church thing or a cultural thing – I read that the bonfire represents the burning of Judas for his betrayal. I think this is so weird – God loves, and Devil punishes. Is Easter about learning from Jesus or haters?
I was disappointed to not have the same Easter Joy like in Melbourne but I was excited as we walked home because this was the first time we would burn a cross with the holy flame at the entrance of our house to invite Christ’s light and protection to our home. I got even more excited when I took an award-winning photo of PhotoMan, the cross, the church and the apple blossom. PhotoMan said not everyone look at the background and the fact that I included such relevant details in my photograph showed that I was becoming a good photographer! An artist friend who saw this photograph called me PhotoLady! Seemed like my eyes got resurrected to the beauty of this world!

2. The Divine Reveals Your Magnifience
The Divine Reveal (TDR) is a quantum health process that typically runs for 5 to 8 weeks (approx. 12-14 hours appointment time). If I use the language a Greek person would use, Anita Moorjani was definitely resurrected to her magnificence – the true version of her who has always been there masked by all the layers that she picked up since her childhood.
During the TDR hypnosis session, we aim to bring our clients to the realm where Anita was during her NDE but since everyone is different and we can perceive the same thing differently, our clients’ experience in this amazing realm varies. One common thing though is that they are able to reconnect with their magnificence.
Upon their return to the Earth plane, even though their life circumstances remained the same as before the hypnosis session, they view everything with new eye which prompt them into making difference choices. They feel differently about themselves or their issues once they reconnected with their magnificence. Many clients have also reported improvements of their symptoms just by being their resurrected self.
During my own TDR hypnosis session as a client, I experienced my innocence and I realized that we all have this quality even though we might feel far from it. In the guided meditation ‘Visiting the Unicornland’, we get to reconnect with our pure, authentic and innocence self and bring back these qualities with us.
3. Deep Store Not Show
The Thought of the Moon Cycle is 深藏不露Deep Store Not Show.
The idiom 深藏不露Deep Store Not Show describes a person who has depth of knowledge, intelligence, wisdom and skills but doesn’t show it to others. It is usually used as a compliment about confident and talented people who do not feel the need to show off.
PhotoMan said he would cook some lamb for Easter Sunday. Easter is his thing and not really mine and I thought that was that. Until one day I had a dream in which I decorated eggs. When I woke up, I thought ‘alright then, I would make τσουρέκι tsoureki!’ which is the Greek Easter bread.
You see, egg-dyeing is not my thing but breadmaking totally is. In Melbourne, I learnt the traditional way is to put a dyed egg inside the tsoureki when shaping the dough. I noticed that people here in Greece have outgrown this tradition and I saw only dyed-egg-less tsoureki and the recipe my Greek language teacher recommended also had no egg. I felt a tsoureki without an egg is too causal and not festive enough and the egg dream prompted me to dye egg which meant that I would have dyed-eggs for tsoureki.
I didn’t like the idea of using food colouring so after many YouTube videos, I decided to use red cabbage to make blue eggs, red onion skin for red eggs and turmeric for yellow eggs. The yellow eggs weren’t very yellow even after a day so I put half into the cabbaged-water and the other half into the red-onion-skinned-water. They became green and orange.
The tsoureki making took a lot longer than I thought because I don’t have a stand mixer like in the recipes. It didn’t stop me though because I know the long time ago Greek people didn’t have stand mixers and they managed just fine. Some people believe that hand kneading dough give the bread good energy. My tsourekis definitely have good energy because I loved them.
I took many pictures of the tsourekis and the dyed-eggs and I posted them on Facebook. I also showed it to our village friend when we were at her house. I was mighty proud.
Before we left, she went to a corner of her kitchen and she packed things in a plastic bag for us. She made traditional Easter pastries and cookies and she gave us some to take home. She showed me one of the tsourekis that she made – it was perfectly formed and looked better than those found in a bakery. When we got home, I took a look at the pastries and cookies, they were also perfectly formed and tasted so so good.
My friend is a super cook and baker. She is 深藏不露Deep Store Not Show. Whereas I, a newbie, couldn’t wait to show the world what I have achieved!
During this Moon Cycle, observe if you are 深藏不露Deep Store Not Show, or want to show the whole world your achievements and observe the motivation behind it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with either way but do observe that your motivation is from joy, confidence or other lovely emotions or states but not from wanting to hide or seeking approval.
4. Sekhem Pyramid Transmission – Edition Resurrection
One might mistake that only people who want to become a Sekhem facilitator would learn Sekhem. Actually, Sekhem Level One is for anyone who is interested in learning to channel the Sekhem energy and how to work with it, as well as people who want an extra tool for their spiritual growth. In Sekhem, we focus on our personal mastery instead of becoming a good Sekhem facilitator because when we have the former, we naturally become the latter. Learning Sekhem is also recommended for people who want to develop their spiritual senses because after the Sekhem initiation, we are reawakened to our true senses.
My Sekhem Courses page mentioned Level 2, Advanced, Master Practitioner and Master Teacher as the Practitioner Levels but what is not mentioned there is the Sekhem Colour Line Treatment which has nothing to do with the Levels. In a Sekhem Colour Line Treatment, we combine the use of colours and crystals with Sekhem energy and we work on each layer of the auric field. I am not offering this class at the moment because I do not have the essential tool which are the fabric strips that are in very specific colours.
Luckily my late teacher Ida Lyall had these tools for her students. One year when PhotoMan and I were planning our trip to Melbourne, I contacted Ida to see if she could teach me Sekhem Colour Line and Master Practitioner Level. She said ‘yes’ to both.
At the start of the class, Ida said to her 7 students that we were all there because of me – because I requested for it! She said she had been pondering why she had a fashion designer amongst her students and she had a aha moment when she thought of the essential colour strips for the class. Ida and my fashion designer classmate went to fabric store after fabric store with Ida’s own set of fabric strips which were made by Helen Belôt, the Sekhem originator for the modern times, to make sure they found the correct colours.
I rarely facilitate Sekhem Colour Line Session. Unlike a regular Sekhem Treatment which can be offered remotely, it can only be facilitated in person. My teacher Lina Ramchand’s website says,
‘To receive this advanced healing, clients must either:
✔ Have previously experienced Sekhem Healing energy
✔ Be on a spiritual path and actively working on their spiritual development’
Yes, it is that powerful that it can be overwhelming for people outside these categories.
We were all quite excited when at the end of the class, we were to practise on each other. Well, not me. A Sekhem regular treatment takes around 40 minutes. A Sekhem Colour Line treatment takes around 1.5 hours. I used to become restless every time I lied down on a massage table and I dreaded to be the subject being worked on.
But all I remembered was when about 5 minutes into the treatment, I thought to myself, oh no, it’s going to be so unbearable! Next moment, my classmate was almost finished. I had a complete black out and I didn’t know where I went!
I knew exactly what happened as soon as the first time I saw the mention of Sarcophagus. Elisabeth Jensen’s Auset Egyptian oracle cards guidebook says,
‘The sarcophagus in the Kings Chamber of the Great Pyramid at Giza Plateau was only ever used for spiritual initiations and never as a tomb. After about 12 years training and following initiations in the Queens Chamber, the high priests and priestesses would spend three days laying in here as a final initiation as they travelled down in their soul to the mystical Halls of Amenti below the Great Pyramid. Those that passed would have amazing powers of healing and prophecy.’
I was having my sarcophagus moment during my first Sekhem Colour Line treatment! I felt like I died and was resurrected. I do not know whether the experience gave me powers of healing and prophecy but I never had problem lying still on a massage table again!
Sekhem Pyramid Transmission started when an idea came to me to share Sekhem in a simple way. It is not how I normally facilitate a Sekhem treatment. What I do with Sekhem Pyramid Transmission is that I channel a certain amount of Sekhem energy for you. I also create a pyramid for you as sacred place, to be placed around you when you are receiving the transmission. My Divine Spirit Team fills the pyramid with elements and colours according to the moon cycle’s collective energy need.
You can receive this transmission at your convenience during this moon cycle. Here’s what you need to do in order to receive this transmission:
1. Get comfortable by either sitting with your back supported or lying down on your back for relaxation and circulation.
2. Give intention to the effect of ‘I would like to receive the Snake Issue #4 Sekhem Pyramid Transmission now, to my highest good and will.’
3. Relax for about half an hour.
That’s it!
This time, my Divine Spirit Team filled the Pyramid with vibration of Dragon Fire, Lake Water, Clear Light and Soil. Look up the properties of these items if you feel drawn to.
You may or may not feel anything. It’s fine! Having sensation is not a requirement. The only requirement is that you are willing to receive. Please remember to say ‘to my highest good and will’ so you know you are in control.

5. It’s okay because I like it!
The You Are Amazing Affirmation of this Moon Cycle is ‘It’s okay because I like it!’
For Easter Sunday Dessert, I decided to make what I really want, which is the simplest and most yummy cake for me – a Basque Cheesecake. I made it once before and this time I decided to follow another recipe. It was a daunting experience to watch as the top of the cheesecake caramelized in the oven, to make sure it is deeply caramelized before crossing the line to it being burnt.
All the panic was worth it as I tasted my little piece of divine – the cheese bit was so creamily smooth and the caramel layer oomph-ed me into a sweet caramel myself.
I entered into a meditative state as the cheesecake caressed all my senses. Halfway through, I noticed that we were in unusual silence and so I asked PhotoMan if he liked the cake.
PhotoMan had a very serious expression on. I was sure he heard me but he didn’t answer. Instead, he started making some strange gestures – oh! He was showing me that the cake was so bad that he wanted to throw up!
Before I had a chance to decide whether he was joking or not, a voice inside me said, ‘It’s okay because I like it!’
‘Of course I like it!’ PhotoMan finally said.
Of course he liked it. How could he not?
I suddenly remembered an Abraham Hicks story. They said one day, Louise Hay, author of You Can Heal Your Life and founder of Hay House Publishing, took Esther, the channeler of Abraham Hicks to lunch in her Rolls Royce. When Louise parked the Rolls Royce in a very small space, Esther asked,
‘Aren’t you worried about somebody bumping up against your beautiful car?’ This was one of the things that Esther was worried about and the reason why she hadn’t bought the beautiful car that she wanted.
Louise replied, ‘I never worry about my beautiful car. I just expect others to love and respect it as I do.’
I used to worry whether people like me, what I do, what I make, what I am. I enjoy how I feel now – that I like what I do, what I make and what I am. I used to imagine people disliking me or hating me. Now these thoughts seem so strange! I feel invincible because I like me and what others say doesn’t bother me like it used to. It doesn’t mean I don’t care for others’ feedback. I actually become more open to feedback when I stop seeing it as rejection but a nice to know information.
During this Moon Cycle, say to yourself ‘It’s okay because I like it’ to all that you do, you make and you are whenever you are about to criticize yourself. Ask yourself where this criticizing voice comes from and bid it a firm farewell!
